I used to ask teams if the were doing ecosystems or echo-systems. Where the latter is when we constantly gravitate towards putting ourselves in the center of the system instead of only a part of it.

But it's a change journey. It takes time, a lot of it. So how do we mature our more traditional product and marketing people step by step more towards the customer.?
