Mind Set Go!

Why is mindset important, and too often ignored?

--

Earlier this week I was invited to share my own experience and learnings on mindset in relation to transformations and gaining competitive advantage.

In the video I give a short introduction to what we learned and dive into a few examples of customer and systems mindsets.

Customer mindset:

  • Jobs-to-be-done
  • The Customer-Data-Gap (motivation)
  • Why situations are more important than people
  • A chain of measurement from work to value (output to outcome)

Systems mindset:

  • Choosing the ‘right’ model helps you see new (differentiating) opportunities [competitive advantage]
  • Finding opportunities for collaboration and co-creation across cross-functional teams and business units

I re-recorded some of the content.
