Thank you Joan. Fully agree and thank you for your addition to the article. I know the article suggests the simplest possible approach and doesn't introduce much rigor. But it was only ment as a way to lower the barrier for the first introduction to systems thinking and that skill and quality could be added later as the taste for the approach was developed in the user / team.
